Dinner provided!

Have an arts-related idea and want to make it happen? Learn more about how the Student Arts Fund can support your creative projects outside the classroom.

The Student Arts Fund (SAF) helps students explore and deepen their interest in the arts through creative practice, self-directed projects, and event-based collaborations. Funding is granted for a wide range of creative pursuits. The Center encourages students to consider how their proposal will contribute to the public dialogue around the arts at Haverford.

The SAF is overseen by the students appointed by Students’ Council to the Hurford Center Advisory Board (HCAB) and Hurford Center staff. Students may apply for funding at anytime during the semester. All proposals will be reviewed after each deadline. There is no guarantee that funding will be available by the end of the semester, so students are encouraged to submit proposals as early as possible.
