BOOK RELEASE PARTY & DISCUSSION
With Kameelah Janan Rasheed

Wednesday, December 4th
4:30-6 p.m.
Lutnick Library 200

Over the past month, the Haverford campus has been part of Scoring the Stacks (Experiment II), an interactive exhibition created by artist Kameelah Janan Rasheed that finds new ideas in archival and institutional spaces like Lutnick Library, the Cantor Fitzgerald Gallery, and the College Arboretum.

Come meet the artist and get a FREE copy of her book compiling and reinterpreting notes, drawings, and observations made by the Haverford community as part of the project.

Scoring the Stacks was conceived by Kameelah Janan Rasheed in its first iteration at the Brooklyn Public Library, curated by Cora Fisher. This is the second experiment in the artist’s ongoing series. Support for the exhibition and programs is provided by the John B. Hurford ’60 Center for the Arts and Humanities and Haverford College Libraries.
