Professor López Galicia will present his proposal for a spiritual humanistic framework for working with issues on death and dying rising out of his work with migrant communities as the Director of the Casa de los Amigos in Mexico City.  A short presentation, followed by your questions.

Dr. Marco Antonio López Galicia received his degree in Thanatology from the Mexican Institute of Psycho-oncology, specializing in topics such as death as a condition of existence, human spirituality, human rights of victims, migration, and refugees. He is the Executive Director of Casa de los Amigos, a Quaker center for peace and international understanding in México City.
